Applying for a full-time position at Softflux involves the following procedure:
1. Please make sure the desired job is listed in the currently open full-time positions.
2. Compile your CV in doc or pdf format and email it to the HR Department at careers@softflux.com.
3. You will receive an interview call for a certain day in about 2 to 3 business days. Due to the high volume of applicants, we are unable to respond to every incoming application. If you do not receive an interview call within 2 to 3 business days, then your CV did not match our requirements.
4. You can re-apply for another position even if you did not receive a response on any position that you previously applied for.
5. After your first interview, you will be called for a second interview if you clear the first round.
6. If you successfully go through the second interview as well, you will then be notified of an Orientation Date by the next business day.
