Mr. Kehar primarily assists Softflux in aligning its solutions with best corporate strategies and practices. Mr. Kehar is Chief Executive Officer of the business advisory and consulting firm that bears his name, and was the Director of BearingPoint Pakistan.
Mr. Kehar's commendations include WHO's WHO in California, Member of the Privatization Commission Government of Sindh, Board of Governors Institute of Business Administration Karachi, Board of Directors of publicly listed companies and not-for-profit organizations, and Visiting Faculty for the MBA Program at IBA Karachi and SZABIST Karachi.
Mr. Kehar received both his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and his MBA from California State University. Mr. Kehar is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the State of California.
Ahmed Zafar

Mr. Zafar assists the company in devising its sales & marketing strategy from his position on the Advisory Board.
Mr. Zafar founded Tecsol Associates Private Limited to assist Pakistani companies with opportunities and challenges following WTO. From January 2000 to December of 2003, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Phillips Pakistan and responsible for the achievement of key performance indicators and the operational and administrative management of the $52 million manufacturing and trading concern.
For the 7 years prior to his appointment by Royal Phillips Electronics of the Netherlands, he held various global management positions for Phillips. During his professional career, Mr. Zafar also held management positions at Pearl Continental Hotels and Gulf News, Dubai, UAE.
Mr. Zafar received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Karachi.
